Our garlic-y recipe is quick, easy and versatile. Pair it with rice, pasta, or roasted vegetables, and your guests will be asking for seconds.
4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
1. Preheat oven to 230°C. Line a baking dish with aluminium foil that has been lightly brushed with oil.
2. In a small pan, sauté garlic with NeuVida Omega-9 cooking oil until tender. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar. Add herbs and spices as desired.
3. Place chicken breasts in the baking dish. Cover with the garlic and brown sugar mixture.
4. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until the juices run clear.
Tip: Be sure not to set the oven temperature too high as it will burn the garlic and brown sugar, leaving behind a bitter taste.
