Spring clean and get rid of unnecessary clutter in our house and/or workplace. The energy in a dwelling that breathes has amazing healing properties and offers much visual pleasure.

Give away stuff you don’t need but can still be used. Courteous behaviour on our part is essential, no matter the circumstance. The look of pure joy on those who receive should be sufficient to prop us up on a feel-good high even gold-blended coffee falls short of doing.

11. LIVE IN THE PRESENT

What is of vital importance is that we make a firm commitment to live in the present. We must also totally refrain from writing a script predicting a future that cannot possibly unfold without us living fully and completely in the here and now.
