SPEEDY SEAFOOD TOMATO BROTH

SERVE 4 PREP TIME 5 MINS COOKING TIME 10MINS

INGREDIENTS
1 bottle (approx 500g) ready-made tomato & herb pasta sauce
1 litre water
1 packet (approx 300g) frozen mixed seafood (or any seafood of your choice)
salt and sugar to taste

METHOD
1. Mix the pasta sauce and water in a pot and bring to a boil. Add the seafood and let it boil for 3 minutes before reducing the heat. Let the soup simmer for another 5 minutes. Season to taste with the salt and sugar.

2. Serve hot with toast of French bread.
